Psychotherapist

​We are looking for someone with a Master's in Clinical/Counseling/Psychotherapy

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Has 2+ years of experience working with mental health and psychotherapy. (Freshers can also apply)

2. Has a good understanding of the DSM/ICD and is trauma-informed

3. Can work with clients who may be suicidal/high-risk

4. Has taken supervision for previous clinical work

5. Integrates a basic understanding of transference and countertransference in their work.

Primary job description:

1. Take client sessions from the journey of intake to termination

2. Document each process

3. Plan, conceptualize, and conduct events, and workshops that Room often organizes

4. Contribute with ideas or execution befitting the growth of the organization
