Reflection Room - A Peer Supervision Group

This group is aimed at building a community of therapists, talking about the fears, pet peeves, imposter syndrome, and various other challenges that come with the profession. It's a space where members can share their experiences, offer support, and provide valuable insights. Whether you're a seasoned therapist or just starting out, this community is here to help you grow, learn, and connect with others who understand the unique demands of the field.

What to Expect:

Our Reflection Room sessions will help you:

  • Facilitate Movement from Feeling Stuck: Work through professional challenges collaboratively with your peers.

  • Reflective Analysis: Explore elements of transference, counter-transference, and other dynamics impacting your work.

  • Enhance Therapeutic Relationships: Gain insights and feedback to refine your therapeutic alliances.

  • Build a Supportive Community: Share experiences, learn from others, and offer valuable perspectives in a nurturing environment.

Program Details:

Frequency: Once a month for 2 hours
Fees: Rs. 450 per session

Requirements for Joining the Group:

To ensure meaningful participation, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Applied Psychology, or Psychiatry.

  • Active Practice: Therapists should actively engage in therapeutic work with a regular inflow of cases.

After reviewing your application, our Program Coordinator will confirm your enrollment and provide details for the first session.
